Physical Books
Return Eligibility
Books must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Books must be in original condition, unmarked and undamaged
Books must be returned in their original packaging
A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice must be included with the return
Condition Requirements
Books must be returned in "as new" condition:
No highlighting, writing, or marks
No bent or folded pages
No damaged or bent covers
No water damage or stains
All supplementary materials (if any) must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Books that show signs of use or damage
Books marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Special order or personalized items

Full purchase price of the book will be refunded if all return conditions are met
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
If items are returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged book or an incorrect item:

Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
We'll provide a prepaid return label
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Gift Returns
